BASE: Affordable Monthly Plans, and Prepaid Cards
BASE offers a variety of affordable monthly plans to suit your individual needs. All plans include unlimited calls and SMS messages to all BASE numbers in Belgium, as well as unlimited data in Belgium. You can also use your data plan in the EU for an additional fee.

How to Activate a BASE Monthly Plan or Prepaid Card
You can activate a BASE monthly plan or prepaid card in the following ways:
- Online: Go to the BASE website and click on the “Plans” tab. Then, select the plan or card you want and click on the “Activate” button.
- App: Download the BASE app and open it. Then, tap on the “Menu” tab and select “Plans”. Then, select the plan or card you want and tap on the “Activate” button.
- Phone: Call BASE customer service at 1818.
Terms and Conditions
All BASE monthly plans and prepaid cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Plans and cards are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
- Data usage is rounded up to the nearest KB.
- Unused data does not roll over to the next month.
- Roaming data charges apply when using your plan or card in the EU.
