Hello, guys, do you have any bucket list, or probably a travel list of amazing places and things you want to see before you die? I do. I know, everyone will agree with me that our planet is awesome, amazing and incredible, and also full of adventures. We all have a little bit of nature fanatic in us who are thirsty to check out the incredible sights and places that nature has to offer.
It is hard, to sum up, all these worldly places– there are too many! However, we are going try to highlight the 10 most spectacular natural sights on the planet. And yes, all of these are real and 100% natural.
1. Fly Geyser, Nevada, USA
Ok, this geyser isn’t 100% natural, but it was formed by accident. There are actually two geysers on the property. The first was created nearly 100 years ago as part of an endeavor to create a part of the desert usable for farming. The geyser is covered with thermophilic algae, which clattering sound in moist, hot environments, resulting in the multiple colors of green and red that add to its out-of-this-world appearance.
2. Great Blue Hole, Belize
This oddity is clearly all-natural. The hole, 300 meters across and up to 125 meters deep, is one of the best places on Earth for recreational scuba divers attracted by the opportunity to dive in crystal-clear waters and see uncountable kinds of oceanic life including tropical fish and spectacular coral formations.
3. Great Barrier Reef, Australia
The iconic Great Barrier Reef is blessed with the breathtaking beauty of the world’s largest coral reef and it is one of the seven wonders of the natural world. It is the home to the most amazing plant and animal life on the planet – including spectacular coral formations, hundreds of species of fish, tortoise, manta rays and even visiting dolphins and whales.
4. Victoria Falls, Zambia, Zimbabwe
Victoria Falls also known as “Mosi oa-Tunya” (“the smoke that thunders”) located on the Zambezi River, Victoria Falls is over 1.25 miles wide. In the more modern age Victoria Falls is famous as the greatest curtain of falling water in the world. Columns of spray can be seen from miles away as, at the height of the rainy season, more than five hundred million deep meters of water per minute coming down over the edge and have become one of the seven natural wonders of the world.
5. Plitvicer Seen, Croatia
The 16 Plitvice Lakes in Croatia are prepared in steps, linked by waterfalls. You can enjoy them on walkways, or by boat. It is the most popular tourist attraction, was granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. Plitvice Lakes National Park is one of the oldest national parks in Southeast Europe and famous for its sixteen lakes, inter-connected by a series of waterfalls and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars and rare bird species.
6. Zangye Danxia, China
The sandstone Landscape of Zhangye Danxia come in intrinsic and colorful structures (Red Rocks and Rainbow Ridges), their layers revealing thousands upon millions of years of history and prehistory. The Gansu Zhangye National Geopark is located in Sunan and Linze and is known as “the eye candy of Zhangye”.
7. Dead Sea
The Dead Sea also is known as the Salt Sea, a salt lake bordered by Jordan to the east and Israel and Palestine to the west. It’s called “dead” because no fish, birds or plants can survive in its high saline environment.
8. The Blue Grotto
There is a deep blue light that floods this well-known cave in Capri, Italy and the biggest tourist attraction in the world. The famous light that enlightens the inside of the cavern is at its strongest between noon and two in the afternoon. The amazing blue color is caused by two tiny holes in the cave wall that are only visible to those you look for it.
9. Eye Of The Sahara
The Eye of the Sahara, also known as the Richat Structure. The desert creates gorgeous structures, and the Eye of the Sahara is no exception. It’s an unbelievable structure consisting of volcanic rocks, lava flows, and carbonatites. Scientists still have questions about the Eye of the Sahara, they once thought the dome was created by an asteroid impact. Regardless of the exact cause of this natural wonder, it is certainly an incredible sight to visit!
10. Bryce Canyon, USA
There is no place like Bryce Canyon. Hoodoos (odd-shaped pillars of rock) can be found on every continent, but here is the greatest collection of hoodoos in the world! Which is sitting at over 2000 meters above sea level in Utah, is very much an amazement of the world with its pyramid-like rock formations.
